If you're in the Orlando area, definitely check out these two restaurants!
This lovely gal, Anastasia desires to become a commercial model and she is definitely off to a great start! These images are for her modeling comp card and printed portfolio book. We spent some time in the studio and then drove to a scouted location for an outdoor portrait. It was a full day of fun, even Anastasia's mom enjoyed the experience! By the way, Anastasia is also on a basketball team! You go girl! Here are a few behind the scene photos of my recent project with the Daytona State Dance Theatre students. We definitely enjoyed the attention from beach go-ers and local surfers. Some people were more friendly than others...but nonetheless-we got the job done! I'm super excited to announce this is my first project printed as a book.Thank you so much Melissa, Sarah, Zach, Scott, Ashley, and Nicole for sharing your talent and hardwork!! Check out the final images on the navigation panel 'Portfolio>Portraiture>Daytona State Dance Theatre>Ascension'. Just finished up a photo shoot with Sarah Horne-Rone! She's a Civil War reenactor and needed an updated portfolio. When I say updated...I mean UPDATED. Sarah has been wanting to model in the studio for years! I really enjoyed bringing the storytelling concept into her images. Sarah, I'm delighted to have the opportunity to work together. Thank you! I worked on this project a few months ago and finally realized I forgot to blog this! What the heck Erika! Basically, I wanted to portray the effects of striving for perfection. Trying to be perfect can drive a person mad and it's not worth the pain, so we should embrace our imperfection. Amen to that! I collaborated with Kelcie Barbuti with make up ideas and she did an amazing job! She totally got my concept of what I wanted and the dancers really enjoyed acting the part. It was a team effort to finalize our concept and we came up with " Disturbed" after shooting a few frames. Thank you Kelcie Barbuti and Daytona State Dance Theatre! Kelcie's site: https://www.facebook.com/kelcie.barbuti?fref=ts Alicia Fernandez teaches dance classes at her church and she called me up last month to inquire about a photo shoot. I love kids and dance, but the two together is even better! I felt pretty excited to photograph her students again. Here are some images from the shoot. Location: Studio 13,Deltona,Fl Thanks Alicia! These are some photos I took for myself, but keep watch for the published photos in the Orlando Magazine. ^Thanks Shrek for photo bombing my photo.
